Angelina Jolie-Pitt appointed as Professor of Practice at the LSE

Hollywood star and human rights activist, Angelina Jolie-Pitt, has been recently appointed as Professor of Practice at the London School of Economics, within its new Centre for Women, Peace and Security (WPS). This position is unpaid and honorary, and will allow Jolie-Pitt to engage with LSE’s Master students; Ms. Jolie-Pitt will share her experience leading the United Kingdom’s Prevention of Sexual Violence and her 15 years work for the United Nations Refugee Agency, where she was first goodwill ambassador and lately special envoy of the High Commissioner.
