The Dubai Women Establishment organization is leading ‘UAE Women Leadership Program’, an innovative program in partnering with the ‘Mohammed Bin Rashid Program for Leadership Development’ (MBRPLD). The broad objective of the program is to develop the skills and talent of Emirati female leaders. More specifically, the purposes of the initiative include “ensuring the development of long-term and systematic leadership development for women across all cross-sections of the society” and “empowering Dubai Government for the successful implementation of the Dubai Strategic Plan through stronger women’s participation”.
