A voter training program that will mobilize women to vote by bringing nonvoters into a network of voting women. The basis of the program is that voting is a habit and therefore nonvoters need to be appealed to in order for the behavior to change. The voter training includes topics such as: working with voter registration files, registering voters, building coalitions, setting up phone banks, producing voter candidate guides and issue forms.
