This handbook provides an overview of the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs' constituency outreach project for Members of Parliament (MPs) in Malawi. It includes national contact information useful to MPs, worksheets designed to help MPs gather information about their constituency, and a list of sources of small-scale development funding and loans in Malawi.

This report presents the results of the workshop entitled "Dialogue on Political Parties and Governance in the SADC Region." It contains information on the functioning and structure of political parties in five countries from the South African Development Community (SADC): Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Swaziland and Zimbabwe. The purpose of this research is to try to understand the functioning of these parties in an effort to identify their strengths and weaknesses.
