Volunteer Recruitment
The goal of volunteer recruitment is to find people who support candidates or issues and are willing to work without pay to help win an election. Volunteers commit their time and energy because they know the candidates, trust them and believe -in the issues they represent. Because volunteers not only work on a candidate’s team, but also constitute an important voting base, it is critical to gain their support and provide them with a fulfilling, organized volunteer experience.
