This resource describe's UNFPA's strategy for working with governments and partners in promoting gender equality around the world. It describes the purpose behind gender equality strategy and needs for gender mainstreaming.

This report highlights lessons learned from ten pilot projects that used a programme guide created by UNFPA to help health care providers address gender-based violence. It also summarizes presentations from ten experts on gender-based violence and recommendations from the three working groups.

This report analyses the budgets of four public institutions working on social protection in Republika Srpska of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It assesses public resources allocated to provide services to domestic violence victims, with a focus on domestic violence shelters.
