The main theme of the conference will be the normative basis for gender budgeting. In addition to the plenary sessions, there will be separate sessions to launch the three proposed Nordic/Baltic working groups on tax, welfare benefits, and labour market issues.

The closing date for the submission of abstracts is 15 October 2007.
