This case study examines the experiences with quota implementation in Europe. It provides information about the use of gender quotas as an instrument to increase women’s political representation in Europe, and includes case studies from Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Serbia and Montenegro, and Slovenia.
