AGORA is a multilateral initiative, jointly managed by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the World Bank Institute (WBI), the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI), the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (International Idea), and the European Commission. In addition, AGORA is supported by more than 20 partner and affiliated institutions. The Portal was successfully launched in March 2010 in Paris, and marked the birth of the first virtual platform for knowledge sharing on parliamentary development. This quarterly newsletter presents the latest information, knowledge and activities in the field of parliamentary development, and keeps you informed of recent activities in this growing field.
