Progress of South Asian Women 2005

This report analzyes the status of women in South Asia within the framework of the twelve critical areas of concern identified in the Beijing Platform for Action. It presents a snapshot of the situation of women in South Asia and an overview of the processes that have been at work to promote the advancement of women.
