Europe: More women on company boards. Europe to commit and set the example.

I would like to kindly invite you to support my Campaign for “More women on company boards. Europe to commit and set the example.” and to promote my initiative to other interested parties and actors.

Only 10% women board members in european companies.

Only 3% women CEOs in european companies.

Many companies are using various methods for promoting diversity and equality. Usually this is done by means of specific further courses, mentoring and networking in order to encourage and promote women for management duties at all levels. But unfortunately the results are not significant.

Balanced participation between women and men in company boards is not only important for our values of justice and equity, but also as an investment for a more productive and stimulating working environment and better economic performance of our companies, as most studies underline.

It is time for change and growth. Women's participation is at the heart of such challenges.

It is time for action and decisions from companies and policy makers to take binding measures and reach tangible results.

It is time for the mass media and the civil society to raise this important issue and mobilise our forces.

It is time for a means like quotas which will 'shake things up'.

I invite you to join me!

Your commitment will be made public.

For more information and the declaration of your support click here http://www.rodikratsa.eu at the official page of my campaign.

Thank you very much in advance. I remain at your disposal.

Kind regards,

Rodi Kratsa
